Rutland's beautiful and extremely high quality organic tinctures and dried herbs for teas have formed part of my herbal dispensary now for 14 years. I made the shift from dried herb tinctures to fresh herb tincture, very soon after I qualified and set up in practice as a Medical Herbalist, and so Rutland products form the bulk of my dispensary. Stock is consistently high quality. The ordering system is a dream to use, and stock arrives usually within a day of ordering. I love being able to see stock levels, to help me plan for if I need to purchase more of something, to keep my stock levels maintained. Office staff are amazing, and always very helpful. In 14 years, I've only experienced 1 problem with a delivery (one bottle arriving with the cap leaking), and it was resovled the same day, with a replacement bottle being sent out and received the next day. Honestly - if only all herbal suppliers were this good. I really hope they accept visitors, as I'd love to visit when I'm in the vicinity later this year, and see where the magic happens, first hand! Thanks Rutland, my practice would not run as well, or as effectivly, without you.

best tinctures ever. I'm an herbalist and i think this tinctures and fluid extracts are the best in the market. organic plants, organic alcohol and good water (sometimes we are not aware of the importance of good water) so thanks for the work you do!

This is our first order with Rutland Biodynamics and over 24 years of trade relationships I've learned that a significant marker is the response when something goes wrong, in our case a bit of rough handling in transit caused a bottle to leak into the packaging and the immediate response was to despatch a replacement, no hesitation. The tinctures are also first class with huge choice and availability.

I ama firm believer in buying hood quality herbs. Rutland biodynamics herbs are of top quality, are competitively priced and delivered to my door. What else could I want? Would thoroughly recommend them. But the best bit? Their bottles are square!
