Continuous Improvement at Rutland Biodynamics- Web Shop Development Programme
Many thanks to those of you who have given feedback about the RBD Web Shop over the past months!
We have listened carefully and just recently you should have noticed a number of significant improvements.
In response to customer feedback RBD have started an ongoing programme of Web Shop development with the sole objective of making your shopping experience clearer, easier and more enjoyable.
For example, through a process of optimisation we have increased Web Shop loading speed by a factor of three, as well as considerably improving the consistency and uniformity of the product listings and offers.
In addition, we have introduced a quantity tab eliminating the need to make multiple product purchases, more clearly differentiated headings and generally enhanced the overall look and feel of the shop.
Why? Because we want to ensure that the quality of everything we do matches that of the quality of our products.
