Indeed we have had some of the top American herbalists comment on it’s wonderful zeztiness. Research in our lab has shown how to optimise critical markers of this US prarie-land native.
But fresh Ech. angustifolia has always eluded us and we imported the dried herb from across the Atlantic, contributing to very unwelcome air-miles and making fresh extracts a practical impossibility.
